Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns on regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

  • Returns are issued in the form of online store credit only.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, if applicable).

  • Seasonal and holiday items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Jewelry, accessories, bags, sunglasses, beauty products, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, foods, flowers.

    • Sale items and any purchase made with a 30% or greater discount.

    • Mystery boxes.

  • Items in poor condition (stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, etc.) will not be accepted.

  • All ribbon must be unopened in its original packaging.

  • All clothing must have original tags attached.

Order Policy:

  • Orders cannot be edited or canceled after checkout. Please be sure all items in your cart are correct before completing your purchase.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, click HERE.

  • Local customers may return items in person to the Collins location only.

  • Once we receive your package or in-person return, you will receive online credit for the price of the item only(shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).

Damaged Items:

  • Report damaged items within 3 business days of receiving your order, including photos, for a resolution.

  • If we are not notified within 3 business days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, incorrect sizing, everyday wear and tear, or failure to follow washing instructions.

Return Rate Penalty:

  • Customers with a return rate of 15% or higher will incur a 15% restocking fee for all returns.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Shirley’s is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping.
